SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Delivery time is estimated to be 4-7 days post dispatch.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping usually takes 7 business days, while express shipping options are available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays may affect the delivery schedule.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting the website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
- Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier policies.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tejas7784@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at +91 8733998899 . We will do our best to assist you in correcting the address before the order is shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
7. Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees.
